We are seeking compassionate, motivated Physical Therapists who are passionate about patient care, value clinical autonomy, and enjoy working in an innovative healthcare environment.
As a member of our team, you'll provide one-on-one telehealth physical therapy services to patients across multiple states while collaborating with a supportive interdisciplinary team. This role offers flexibility, meaningful patient relationships, and the opportunity to help shape the future of healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities
- Perform telehealth physical therapy evaluations and follow-up visits.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical presentation.
- Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic health record.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Collaborate with team members to support continuity of care.
Must Have
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Comfortable utilizing technology and telehealth platforms.

Nice to have
- Licensure in multiple states or willingness to obtain additional licenses.
